- Enterprised 3 open-source platforms (Perplexica, SurfSense, Uptime Kuma) for internal deployment with Terraform IaC, Entra ID SSO, cross-account Bedrock access, and ECS Fargate across 3 environments, giving 500+ employees access to self-hosted AI search and real-time service monitoring
- WHS compliance relied on error-prone spreadsheets, so I built SPRS (FastAPI, Next.js, Aurora Serverless) with fuzzy name matching, cutting processing time by 85% and eliminating recurring data errors
- Non-IT employees were misclassifying tickets across 74,000 annual requests, costing $32 per ticket with 3+ day resolution times. Reverse-engineered ServiceNow's $50K/year Enterprise Agent and built our own AI service gateway with 56 MCP tools, a standalone web app, and an embedded ServiceNow portal widget, achieving 50% cost reduction and resolution in under 10 minutes

- 6 operational sites relied on Excel/VBA macros for data management. Built Bulky on AWS Fargate (FastAPI, Next.js, Redis), eliminating 20 hours/week of manual data entry and justifying a dedicated full-time developer hire
- Discovered a public-facing app with no authentication and brute-forceable user IDs exposing payment data. Shipped a Lambda@Edge auth gateway with JWT + Cognito in under a week, recognised at the company all-hands
- Inherited a prototype from two non-developer engineers with no dev environment. Stood up the full stack, built core features (approval workflows, notifications, calendar), and shipped to production, reducing manual coordination by 60%
- Took sole ownership of a commodities trading platform (React, GraphQL, Lambda, DynamoDB) that depended on an external contractor. Resolved all production issues and saved $150K/year in vendor costs
- IoT asset hierarchies required days of manual configuration. Built an AWS IoT SiteWise Model Builder from concept to deployed demo in one week with drag-and-drop visual editing
